My name is Roman, I'm an art director with strong experience in the advertising industry.
Most of my career path associated with creative agencies that have specialized in 360 ads, events, horeca/btl and branding.
Over time, I began to choose vacancies on the client side.

For two years I worked as an art director at the Tanuki family restaurant holding, where I supervised all creative developments for 4 brands (Tanuki, Yorsh restaurant, Tvoya Pizza delivery, Kaspiyka restaurant) in the following areas:
- development and implementation of corporate identity;
- development of visual and communicative media for digital, horeca, event;
- development of special projects and collaborations with other brands and companies;
- control and management of the creative studio;
- work with contractors and freelancers;
- organization and control of photo and video production.

My last place of work is related to the esports industry, this is the 9 pandas production center.
As an art director, I led 3 esports teams in the following areas:
- development of corporate identity for teams;
- development of graphics and visual communication for social networks;
- development of branded jerseys for teams, branded merchandise and gift sets;
- preparation and implementation of special projects and collaborations with other brands;
- photo and video production;
- designers supervision.

I am very interested in contemporary art, because I am an artist and have participated in many festivals of contemporary art culture. Developed interactive installations for festivals combining the work of musicians, artists, choreographers and dancers.
Twice I was a participant in the Peace exhibition, where we raised funds for people who fell into a difficult life situation and helped artists who were left without a livelihood and the opportunity to create.
Many times I participated in poster competitions, because I really like this aesthetic.
