Job Description

1. To follow scheduled store visits and carry out crucial in store displays of our products at all times
2. To ensure that the store adheres to our company’s merchandising standards
3. Ensure defective or old products are removed and new products are properly stacked and displayed
4. Install banners, posters, displays, flags and any other POSM as approved by company
5. Work with store supervisor to recommend any potential store layout changes
6. Update all store staffs about upcoming projects, promotions and displays
7. Educate store staff on business updates and related action plans
8. Provide crucial feedback on pricing and instore competitors activities to our company
9. To initiate additional sales opportunities for our products in the store by getting additional sales orders
10. Obtain critical information and feedback from the store
11. Support any other event, like atrium, roadshows set up and any other daily operations.

Requirements:

1. Primary / Secondary School Education
2. At least 1 year experience in field merchandising in outlets / FMCG industry
3. Highly motivated and takes initiatives
