- 本科及以上学历

- 具有快速消费品和宠物用品行业经验的候选人将优先考虑
- Priority will be given to candidates with industry experience in FMCG and pet products
- 悉天猫或 JD.com 的运营模式,有3年以上工作经验 在电子商务渠道中
- Familiar with the operation mode of Tmall or JD.com, with 3 or more years of experience in e-commerce channels
- 有团队管理经验,有较强的数据分析、语言表达能力和逻辑思维能力
- Have team management experience, strong data analysis, language expression ability and logical thinking ability
- 良好的英语书面和沟通能力
- Good written and communication skills in English
- 必须居住在上海

责任 Responsibilities
- 根据公司战略方向和销售目标,作为团队主要负责人,带领电商团队完成品牌天猫旗舰店、天猫经典、京东旗舰店等电商平台的整体营销策划、运营管理、产品策划、日常推广、客户关系等相关工作
- Based on the company’s strategic direction and sales goals, as the main person in charge of the team, lead the e-commerce team to complete the overall marketing planning, operation management, product planning, daily promotion, customer relationship of e-commerce platforms such as brand Tmall flagship store, Tmall Classic and JD flagship store and other related work
- 整合现场平台资源和品牌站外推广活动,针对网站目标群体制定定制化推广方案
- Integrate on-site platform resources and brand off-site promotion activities, and formulate customized promotion plans for target groups on the site
- 熟练使用店铺日常数据工具,包括流量分析、点击率、转化率、复购率等,形成相关报表,及时提出改进策略
- Proficiency in the use of store daily data tools, including traffic analysis, click rate, conversion rate, repurchase rate, etc., to form relevant reports, and timely propose improvement strategies
- 审核促销活动效果,完成日报,进行店铺运营诊断分析,持续优化店铺问题
- Review the effects of promotional activities, complete daily reports, carry out store operation diagnosis and analysis, and continuously optimize store problems
- 评估平台活动,负责相关活动的注册和跟进
- Evaluate platform activities, responsible for the registration and follow-up of related activities
- 通过行业趋势和竞争对手数据分析,为公司提供中国市场的变化趋势,并给出品牌和产品策略的建议
- Through industry trends and competitor data analysis, provide the company with the changing trends of the Chinese market, and give suggestions on brand and product strategies
- 与总部电子商务部、市场部密切沟通同步,了解并执行公司制定的相关品牌活动
- Closely communicate and synchronize with the e-commerce department and marketing department of the headquarters, understand and implement the relevant brand activities formulated by the company.
