Establish, maintain, and expand sales terminals, and complete distribution goals and distribution plans.

工作内容  

• 为所辖区域内零售市场提供专业性支持工作；
• 在本辖区内建立分销网及扩大公司产品覆盖率；
• 按照企业计划和程序开展产品推广活动，介绍产品并提供相应资料；
• 对所管辖的零售店进行产品宣传、入店培训、货品陈列、公关促销等工作；
• 负责总部策略项目的执行落地、数据采集、问题调研，为策略优化提供有效依据、为代理商的业绩负责
• 建立客户资料卡及客户档案，完成相关销售报表；
• 参加公司召开的销售会议或组织的培训；
• 与客户建立良好关系，以维护企业形象
• 熟练掌握公司宠粮产品知识以及话术，为客户做专业的项目及产品讲解

Job Scope

• Provide professional support work for the retail market in the area under its jurisdiction;
• Establish a distribution network and expand the company’s product coverage in the jurisdiction;
• Carry out product promotion activities in accordance with corporate plans and procedures, introduce products and provide corresponding information;
• Carry out product promotion, store entry training, product display, public relations promotion, etc. for the retail stores under its jurisdiction;
• Responsible for the implementation, data collection, and problem research of headquarters strategic projects, providing effective basis for strategy optimization, and being responsible for the performance of agents
• Establish customer information cards and customer files, and complete relevant sales reports;
• Participate in sales meetings held by the company or training organized by the company;
• Establish good relationship with customers to maintain corporate image
• Proficiently master the company’s pet food product knowledge and speaking skills, and do professional project and product explanations for customers

工作要求(Job Requirements)

任职资格:

教育背景: 市场营销或相关专业大专以上学历。

培训经历:  受过市场营销、产品知识等方面的培训。

经 验: 3年及以上快速消费品销售與市场营销相关工作经验；有宠物行业经验，有渠道资源者优先考虑。

技能技巧:

◆熟悉市场营销工作；

◆熟悉零售运作模式；

◆有地区销售网络和销售关系。

◆对数据具有高度的敏感性和警觉性，能够洞察数据异常的原因，并提出改进意见。

◆具备良好的中英文书面及沟通表达能力。

态 度:

◆有良好的团队合作精神，有敬业精神；

◆具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力；

Qualification:

Educational Background: Marketing or related College degree or above.

Training experience: Trained in Sales, Marketing or product knowledge, etc.

Work experience: 3 years or more working experience in FMCG sales and marketing; experience in the pet industry and channel resources are preferred.

Skills:

◆Familiar with marketing work;

◆Familiar with retail operation mode;

◆Have regional sales network and sales relationship.

◆Have high sensitivity and vigilance to data, can see the reason of data abnormality, and put forward suggestions for improvement.

◆Good written and communication skills in Chinese and English.
